Born in Syracuse and raised in Florida, Dave Celestian got into stand-up comedy in October of 2005 after some persuasion from several close friends. Celestian took 2 separate standup comedy courses at both the Tampa Improv and the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. Afterwards, at night he would hit the “open mic” circuit in the Tampa Bay area.

After a few years, Celestian's natural stage presence allowed him to quickly work his way up through the open mic comedy scene and onto the road, touring around the area as both the emcee and performer for the War on Comedy Tour. His creative thoughts, striking originality, and energetic stage presence have earned him the reputation as being “wildly brilliant”.
