“Growing up the smallest and the oldest of four boys, you learn how to get the edge.” Rahn Man!

Born Rahn Hortman, he hails from the north side of Milwaukee. He arrived 2 months premature so he almost didn’t make it. He was a fighter from the start. He grew up in an era plagued with gang violence and drug activity. Determined not to fall victim to this environment, as many of his peers did, he needed a way to leave his mark on the world. He believes that everything in life happens for a reason. He has been blessed with the gift to find humor in each and every one. Armed with his motto “No Matter What, Keep Smiling!” and his special gift of gab Rahn Man! Set out to take over the world one joke at a time.

Rahn Man! , the nick name given to him by his family, is honest as he readily admits that there is some truth in the Napoleon Complex Theory. He grew up the oldest and the smallest of four boys. So he always had to stay on his toes. It shows in his comedy style. He leads the crowd with only one purpose in mind, to keep them laughing, and he never comes up short. Rahn Man! Loves making people laugh. One smile is all it takes to get him going-even if it is his own. Weather it’s sharing stories from his experience growing up or something off the top of his head, his quick mind will keep you smiling and laughing right along with him.

Rahn Man! , unique style of comedy has given him several opportunities. He has since relocated to Tampa, Florida. Past performances include spots at The Tampa Improv, Coconuts Comedy Clubs, Sidesplitters Comedy Club, and the Comedy Zone. He has won several comedy competitions. He also has shared the stage with several national comedians. HBO’s Shang, BET’s Damon Williams and Comedy Centrals Flip Schultz are a few he has worked with. So world get ready. Rahn Man! Is coming out swinging. Now he’s ready to share with the world his own very personal motto:
